Mandatory Quality and Data Quality Standards:
You agree that you will enter in all necessary information regarding your property, and that, as follows:

You agree to provide us with a video (if such exsists) about your property which will be set in our Holidayrentclub frame, and showcased on the website. Holidayrentclub has the right to make visual corrections to video and photo material provided by you in order to enhance its appearance. If we are not able to enhance it to be by Holidayrentclub standards, we reserve the right to remove it from our site and to ask you to provide us with higher quality material.

For "Inquiry Only" Properties: You must set your property as "Inquiry only" and you must hide your Availability Calendar. You must enter in the next values: your country, input currency, e-mail address, property description, number of bedrooms, how many people it sleeps and price. You must also upload at least 5 photos.

All Users: If Holidayrentclub realizes that there are some missing basic values, we will notify you about them and you are responsible to correct them or provide us with the missing items. If you fail to do so, Holidayrentclub has the right to: retreive the missing information from legitimate sources and fill in the missing values or to remove your listing until you deliever the missing values.

If Holidayrentclub finds an opportunity to increase to the quality of your listing in any manner, without causing any harm, we reserve the right to do so without your permission.

Mandatory Lowest Internet Price:
You agree to list your properties on Holidayrentclub with your Lowest Existing Internet Price.

Failure to Comply
Holidayrentclub have the right to terminate or restrict your access to any or all Sites, unilaterally and without notice, in the event you violate any of these Terms of Use. Holidayrentclub also reserves any and all remedies at law or equity in connection with violation of these Terms of Use.

Information Provided by You
Any information provided by you to Holidayrentclub, including but not limited to feedback, data, questions, comments, suggestions, or the like, shall be deemed to be non confidential. Holidayrentclub shall have no obligation of any kind with respect to such information and shall be free to reproduce, use, disclose, and distribute the information to others without limitation.

Additionally, Holidayrentclub shall be free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques contained in such information for any purpose whatsoever, including but not limited to developing, manufacturing, and marketing products incorporating such information.
